CBDC ScamCoin (BAG) is a privately owned, centralized digital currency with no use case or intrinsic value. It is solely a novelty, and there can be no expectation of profit or return of investment. All transactions are a matter of public record on the Algorand blockchain. To simulate a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) a Freeze and Clawback are enabled. These features will be used in the event the United States Government demands the freezing or seizing of BAG, or in the event of a smart contract exploit.
