IceVolt Clean Energy Credits is an ecosystem token issued by IceVolt, each token represents cost to install 1 KW capacity of Clean Energy. IceVolt Clean Energy Credits Tokens are emitted from the reserves account and issued when an IceVolt customer signs on to one of our clean energy power contracts. The emission and issuance rate is tied to the daily amount of power generated from the solar installation. The ICE units accumulated by the customer is redeemable for ALGO at the end of the power contract period following a formula generated by the IceVolt. The redeemed ICE units can also be held to earn yield. At project maturity they will function as voluntary credits to offsets GHG emissions.
