Pelicoin is a token operating on the carbon negative, ultra fast and transparent Algorand Blockchain, our aim is to help the conservation of wildlife, with a focus on birds of coastal waters. Through community involvement and the fostering of partnerships with wildlife conservation societies, PeliCoin has dedicated itself to improving the lives in our community, by promoting the conservation of nature and wildlife within that community. Looking at today’s economy and beyond, we realized that it’s not enough to fully rely on the future of fiat currencies to help fund our conservation efforts. Given this fundamental conclusion, we took the opportunity to grow a grass roots cryptocurrency for environmentally conscious people and businesses who have come to the same realizations, and who wish to join or support us in our endeavors.
