Gradian has issued and supplies an Algorand Standard Asset (ASA) named GRAD, carrying the Asset ID 674925395. This intangible asset is designed for specific uses associated with Gradian, such as serving as a voting token in Gradian's governance activities. Gradian, an entity currently operated by Verseware Pty Ltd, aims to provide developers with tools and services that simplify the creation of user-friendly onboarding experiences for Web3 games. As a commercial venture intended for monetization, Gradian may include the sale of GRAD from its inventory as a source of revenue, provided that such sales are compliant with regulatory requirements. Ownership of GRAD does not confer any contractual rights, claims, or entitlements with respect to Gradian or its operating entity, and should not be considered an investment. While it can be used in specific applications, as governed by their respective terms of service, this does not imply free access to all Gradian-associated products. Some products may still require separate payment.
