When BULO Coin was created, it was a pure shitcoin with no use case, and no roadmap. It was created as an experiment, to understand the amount of effort needed for the rug-pullers to rug-pull us. This experiment was posted on Reddit, people loved it: a community was born! That was fun, but to thrive BULO Coin needed a real, useful use case: BULO Coin's purpose will be to educate people about scams and rug pulls, and to provide an additional level of trust for ASA creators who lock some BULO in a smart contract.
